General Business Provisions
The hotel guest accepts as binding the following General Business Provisions:
Cancellation of Reservation by Hotel Guest:
Cancellation free of charge is permitted for inividual guests and travel groups up to 8 persons not later than 2 days before the arrival date booked.
Thereafter 80% of the agreed booking price will be charged.
For travel groups or group booking of 9 persons or more cancellation free of charge is permitted 60 days prior to the arrival date booked.
Thereafter we will charge the following rates of the agreed booking price:
- From 59th to 30th day: 40%
- From 29th to 14th day: 60%
- From 13th to 1st day: 80%
Cancellation free of charge due to illness or other grave occurrences impeding the journey is permitted for individual group participants up to 2 days prior to the arrival date booked.
For the undertakings of third parties included in our arrangements/packages such as boat trips or horse-drawn carriages excursions the conditions of each individual provider apply.
For bookings via hotel reservation services the published cancellation provisions of each individual provider apply.
In the event of non-show without prior cancellation we will charge 100% of the agreed booking price.
Payment:
Payment to be made at departure directly in the hotel
The hotel may request an advance payment of 80% of the agreed booking price for travel groups of 9 persons or more. Special payment conditions are possible but require written agreement.
Liability:
The hotel does not assume any liability for the property of hotel guests.
The guest is liable for any damages he causes in the hotel.
A non-applicable article of the General Business Provision does not impede the validity of the other provisions.
